Pipette

In Italian, “pipette” translates to “little tube”. This pasta shape is commonly used in dishes from the regions of Campania and Liguria. However, you can find tube-shaped pasta in various parts of Italy. Pipette is perfect for preparing beloved American macaroni and cheese as well as pasta salads. It also pairs well with creamy sauces (such as butter and cheese), tomato sauces with or without vegetables, and rich fish or meat sauces.
